Luck of the Irish: St. Patrick's Event

Two long-standing local nonprofits are joining together to raise funds and bring an exciting and fun St. Patrick’s celebration to Broomfield! -Live Irish music by Boys of the Town -Professional Irish dancers from Celtic Steps -Céilí dancing for everyone with a professional caller -- learn some new moves and watch Broomfield do the jig! -Irish food, beer, wine, and whiskey -Art show, Shades of Green, displaying artwork from local artists -Mini-auction with great items, such as historical chairs donated by the Grange, a 4-day stay in a 4-bedroom home in Kinsale, Ireland, and a large Celtic masterpiece created by accomplished artist, Shirlee Miyake, with the help of an Irish Wolfhound from the Rocky Mountain Irish Wolfhound Association A portion of the proceeds from this event will help the Crescent Grange raise funds for its “Ramp & Restroom” campaign. The Grange has been working towards building an ADA ramp and a restroom on the main floor of this century’s old building to better serve the community. Proceeds of this event will also assist BCAH with expanding its Science+Art Program, which presents free events, like the Moonrise Viewing event at the Brunner Farmhouse. Celebrate St. Patrick’s Day in Broomfield and support a good cause while “Dublin” your luck at Luck of the Irish!
