2026/2027 Business After Hours Host Application

The Broomfield Area Chamber Business After Hours (BAH) is held monthly on the third Wednesday, from 5-7pm. Before the 2026 year begins, we are asking a select few to host an After Hours at their location. Please have a representative from your organization complete the form below to reserve your month. We believe your business has the most accommodating space for 50-75 guests and people would jump at the opportunity to meet your team. I agree to pay the $800 food and beverage cost for cancelling less than 30 days prior to the scheduled Business After Hours event.
I agree to provide 2 alcoholic beverages to each attendee 21 years old and over. (beer and wine at a minimum. Mixed drinks, or full bar optional)

I agree to provide 2-3 door prizes of $25 value or more to be given away at random during the event.
I understand this event is a marketing/promotional opportunity/cost for my business and there is no monetary exchange between the host of the BAH and the Broomfield Area Chamber.
