North Boulder Physical Therapy is a locally owned, therapist-led physical therapy practice that has been serving Colorado communities for more than four decades. Since 1980, our organization has remained committed to delivering exceptional patient experiences, evidence-based care, and measurable outcomes that help people return to the activities that matter most.
Today, North Boulder Physical Therapy proudly serves patients through four locations in Boulder, Westminster, Golden, and Superior. Our team provides comprehensive outpatient rehabilitation services for orthopedic injuries, sports-related conditions, post-surgical recovery, chronic pain, neurological conditions, balance and mobility impairments, workplace injuries, and auto accident rehabilitation. Additional specialty services include dry needling, manual therapy, sports performance rehabilitation, and wellness-focused programming.
