DESCRIPTION:IMPORTANT - READ BELOW BEFORE REGISTERING!\n\n\n\n  EARLY RESERVATION REQUEST for Broomfield Days 2026!\n\n\n\nATTENTION 2025 VENDORS: Secure your preferred location early for next year!\n\nThis is an early REQUEST to reserve your prime booth spot for Broomfield Days 2026. This is NOT a final registration. Final Registration is not until payment has been processed.  Put in your request now and you will be prioritized and invoiced the day official booth registrations open in the first week of April 2026. \n\n\n\nCRITICAL INFORMATION - PLEASE READ\n\n\n	Booth Number: If you do not include a specific booth number in your request\, one will be automatically selected for you.\n	Booth Pricing: Booth prices will remain the same as the 2025 event.\n	Payment Deadline: IMPORTANT: Your reservation is secured only upon payment. If your invoice is not paid by April 2026\, your reserved booth location will be immediately forfeited and released to the next business in line.\n	Event Changes: Please note\, if there are any changes to the event (location\, dates\, etc.)\, you will be notified via email in April 2026.\n\nREMINDER: CHAMBER BOOTH SALES POLICY\n\nThere are NO MERCHANDISE OR FOOD SALES ALLOWED at the booths sold by the Broomfield Area Chamber.\n\nThe booths available through the Chamber are trade-show style booths for informational\, promotional\, and lead-generation purposes only.\n\n\n\nAll retail/craft fair booths\, as well as food and beverage vendors\, must apply for space directly through the City and County of Broomfield.\n\n\n\nThank you\, and we look forward to seeing you at Broomfield Days 2026!
