This month\, our After Hours will be hosted by Chamber member Summit Financial Solutions.\n\nThe 2 hour time frame gives you the opportunity to discuss and share ideas while learning about other local businesses\, whether you stay for 20 minutes or the full 2 hours.\n\nHeld in a relaxed setting\, Business After Hours is a relationship building experience that benefits you and your company through added contacts and resources. \n\n\n\nNOTE: This event will be held primarily outdoors\, to allow for more participation while still adhering to current social distancing and safety norms. Attendance will be limited to 60 registrations - so sign up today! \n\n\n\n\n\n \n\nNetworking Tips\n\nArrive on time. It is easier to start a conversation before everyone has settled into groups.\n\nWear your name tag on your right. When you shake hands\, it will be in direct line of vision.\n\nRemember to circulate. To join in a group of people that you don't know very well\, try saying something as simple as\, "May I join you?" It works.\n\nNetworking is about creating relationships. Remember to smile\, look people in the eye when you talk to them and use their name.\n\nBe prepared. If you are asked about your product or service\, you want to be ready to answer with a brief 30 second summary.\n\nFollow up. Bring business cards so that you can easily exchange contact information and follow up within 48 hours of the event.
