2022/2023 Leadership Broomfield- Session 1

The Broomfield Chamber of Commerce is now accepting applications for the 2022/2023 class of Leadership Broomfield.

Leadership Broomfield aims to build a sense of community by identifying individuals with the passion and commitment to become personally engaged in issues, programs, and activities aimed at creating a better City and County of Broomfield.

The program is designed to help attendees:
• define and enhance leadership abilities
• connect with local leaders in a variety of areas
• be exposed to the challenges and opportunities that face the city and county
• determine how to become more involved in leadership roles in the community
• build lasting professional relationships with community leaders

Leadership Broomfield features 6 sessions, plus a December BAH networking opportunity, from December 7 to February 23, 2023.

Session 1- Broomfield Leadership Introduction
December 7, 2022, from 9:00 am- 12:00 pm
Session 2- Assessment Review 
December 14, 2022, from 8:00 am- 11:00 am (lunch 11 am-12 pm optional) 
Session 3- NonProfit Field Trip "The Business of Nonprofit"
January 12, 2023, from 8:00 am- 11:00 am (Breakfast and Coffee Available) 
Session 4- For-Profit "Navigating the Chain of Command" 
January 26th, 2023 from 8:00 am- 11:00 am 
Session 5- Broomfield Police and Fire 
February 9th, 2023 8:00 am- 11:00 am
Session 6- Commencement Ceremony with Mayor Castriotta 
February 23, 2023 from 8:00 am- 11:00 a

Each session focuses on a different aspect of the community, including quality of life, the nonprofit community, local government, and much more.
