Important Trade Fair Meeting Information

Please review your confirmed booth number when uploaded on 9/12/24. Before the meeting, please review the day-of information and map in the attached links (click BLUE text below when available). All vendors are highly encouraged to attend the Broomfield Days Trade Fair Booth Briefing but it is not required. 

Meeting Details:

• Date: Thursday, September 12
• Time: 11:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m.
• Location: Girl Scout Pavilion at Midway Park

Meeting Highlights:

• Zero Waste Event: This event prioritizes sustainability, and representatives from the City and County of Broomfield will be present.
• Valuable Information: Other presenters will provide useful information and answer any questions you may have.
•  Attendance: The information covered will not be available in a digital format after the meeting, so attendance is crucial.

Please Note: The meeting will be held outdoors under the Girl Scout Pavilion, rain or shine.

Event Details:

• Date: Saturday, September 21, 2024

• Time: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM

• Location: Midway Park, Broomfield, CO

Setup Options:

• Friday, September 20: 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM (We highly recommend setting up the day before!)

• Saturday, September 21: 5:00 AM - 8:30 AM
  Important: Midway will be closed to vehicle traffic at 7:00 AM on September 21. If you miss this window, you will need to walk your items to your booth location.

Teardown:

• Saturday, September 21: 5:00 PM - 6:30 PM

Vendor Meeting: We also invite you to attend the in-person vendor briefing to go over important event details. You can find more information and RSVP here.
Please be sure to share these details with the person who will be staffing your booth.
