2025 Broomfield Chamber Annual Meeting

We are excited to announce a special event featuring two dynamic leaders who are shaping the future of Broomfield and the Front Range. Mayor Guyleen Castriotta will kick off the State of the City on February 4, 2025, reflecting on the achievements of 2024 and sharing her vision for the future of Broomfield. Re-elected as Mayor in November 2023, Mayor Castriotta is now in her second term, having previously served four years as the Ward 5 Representative on City Council and two years as Mayor Pro Tem.
During her tenure, including guiding Broomfield through the pandemic, Mayor Castriotta has driven transformative change. She has led initiatives to upgrade infrastructure, improve affordable housing, enhance workforce development, and prioritize fiscal sustainability. Under her leadership, Broomfield created thousands of new homes, expanded public safety with the co-responder program, and implemented sustainable policies to address climate change. She also helped establish the city’s first independent Board of Health and Housing Authority.

Wobbekind, Associate Dean for Business & Government Relations, Senior Economist, and Faculty Director of the Business Research Division at the University of Colorado Boulder, will deliver an inspiring educational keynote on Economic Development in Broomfield and the Front Range.
