Across three dynamic, interactive 3?4 hour sessions, participants will learn to lead high-performing teams, communicate with confidence, navigate community leadership roles, and develop the personal habits that define positive, productive leaders. The full program also includes three exclusive networking events, giving attendees additional opportunities to build relationships, exchange ideas, and grow their professional circle.
Through guided discussions, hands-on activities, real-world scenarios, and short homework assignments, participants gain practical skills they can apply immediately. By the end of the series, attendees will walk away with a clear leadership philosophy, a 90-day growth plan, and the confidence to lead with purpose in any environment.
