Kristina Cole has 21 years of professional sales and sales management experience, delivering on sales goals and demonstrating successful customer and category management within the consumer packaged goods industry. In 2008 Kristina joined WhiteWave Foods to lead their National Accounts team.  As VP for WhiteWave, Ms. Cole has delivered more than just numbers.  She has paved the way for other businesswomen to realize their goals by launching the Women’s Leadership and Mentoring program within WhiteWave and initiating the Denver chapter of the National Network for Executive Women.   As quoted in the Denver Business Journal’s article, “Whether Cole is changing the dairy industry, mentoring future businesswomen or training for triathlons, her mindset never changes.  “I’m all about driving towards what’s possible and getting people to think differently.”

Morag Barrett is the best selling author of "Cultivate. The Power of Winning Relationships" and CEO of SkyeTeam, an international HR and executive development company, based in Broomfield, CO.

Morag draws from a deep and unique operational skill set. Her 25 year career includes 15 years in finance, as well as senior executive coaching and developing teams across Europe, America and Asia in a range of industries including: Healthcare, Telecoms, Mining, Manufacturing, Engineering, and Technology. At last count she has supported the development of more than 3,000 leaders, in more than 20 countries and on 4 continents.  Morag's global experiences result in a rich and challenging learning experience. Morag understands the challenges of running a business as well as the complexities of leading and managing the people that are part of that business.
