Boulder Opera Presents a Spanish Music Fiesta of Goyescas

The Boulder Opera presents Goyescas by Granados in collaboration with the Boulder Philharmonic orchestra! This rare Spanish opera is a love story about mistaken betrayals, desire, and love. The music is soaring beautiful, passionate and lyrical. There will also be a guest appearance by flamenco dancer Natalia Vilar. The program will start with arias and scenes from the Zarzuela repertoire with piano accompaniment. This is a fully staged opera and there will also be subtitles.
