BRC Seminar: Making the Transition from the Corporate World to Entrepreneurship

The focus of this seminar is for the small business owner/entrepreneur to objectively look at their current skill set base that made them an exceptional employee and/or manager and compare them to the skill sets necessary for a successful entrepreneur. The key is to diagnose areas of both strength and weakness and then develop a strategic plan that truly builds on the strengths and includes an action plan to deal with the weaknesses.
