Due to the COVID – 19 pandemic the 2020 Broomfield Days event was postponed. As our community emerges from COVID – 19 restrictions, we are excited to welcome Broomfield Days back for 2021! This year, the 3-day Event will kick off on Friday, September 17^th, with the Eagle Trace Golf Course Tournament. The primary festivities will occur on Saturday, September 18^th at Midway Park. The day’s events will include: The Mayor’s Cup 5K Road Race, A Community Parade, A Classic Car Show and Live Entertainment. Saturday will feature the Broomfield Days Trade Fair, which highlights Broomfield’s robust local business community and will include a Beer Garden; showcasing the region’s best local Breweries. Broomfield Days will conclude on Sunday, September 19^th with a Dog Show featuring Broomfield’s most talented 4-legged companions.
Beginning June 1^st, the Broomfield Chamber of Commerce will begin taking reservations for Businesses which would like to purchase Booth Space in the Broomfield Days Trade Fair. Non-Chamber Members may apply for remaining Booth space, starting on June 15^th.

Chamber members receive a significant discount on trade show booths, with prices starting at $350. Non-member prices start at $700. The City and County of Broomfield is currently taking reservations for food and activity vendors, arts and crafts vendors, nonprofit organizations and purchase for resale vendors. Interested parties may find more information at Broomfield.org/BroomfieldDays.

*You must be a member in good standing at the time you reserve your booth space and at the time of the event to retain the member price.  Failure to do so will result in an additional charge. 
 
*Booth spaces are non-refundable and non-transferrable 

Booths will be sold on a first-come, first-served basis. You will receive an email confirmation with your booth space assignment.  

The Broomfield Chamber Trade Fair is part of the overall City and County's Broomfield Days Event with over 30,000 in attendance!  

This is THE opportunity to promote your business at Broomfield's largest community event!  A few important items to note:

• The Broomfield Chamber Trade Fair booths are for informational purposes only.  You will not be able to sell any products or serve any food.  For those types of booths you will need to work with the City and County of Broomfield.  Please contact Kay at 303-460-6925 or Matt at 303-460-6912 for additional information.  
• Rental fees are non-refundable and non-transferable.  If a refund is requested, we can only consider providing a refund if we sell out of all booth spaces, not just the space you rented.
• You must be a Chamber Member in good standing.
• Booth sharing is not allowed.
• You are reserving a 10' x 10' space.  You are responsible for your booth and supplies and are encouraged to work with a Chamber Member if you need to purchase or rent a canopy and equipment. Yellow sponsorship spaces include a basic vendor booth package, i.e. unbranded canopy, table and 2 chairs.
• Electricity is available in the Turquoise area only for an additional fee.
