Advanced Communication Skills
This interactive workshop is intended for owners, leaders, professionals and teams whose roles require them to "adapt" their communication style to enable easy communication with others. This not only applies to guests and members, but to team members as they work together. Participants will learn which behaviors and outlooks are natural to them, which things require more energy. They'll also learn how other styles are pre-disposed to look at circumstances, to take in their world and to behave. The workshop will help attendees learn how to identify the other styles in day-to-day interaction (without knowing the other person's formal-tested personality style). Then, implement effective strategies for dealing with the other personality types, to effectively adapt to the other person, and to remove tension in communications.

Cancellations
Classes not meeting minimum enrollment may be cancelled. Participants will be notified prior to the start of class. In our efforts to provide classes and limit cancellations, participants may be notified as late as a day prior to the start of class. A full refund will be provided.
