The accelerating speed of change in the business environment, technology and the economy have forced organizations to look to innovation as a crucial path for future growth and prosperity. Today's successful companies are continually innovating. The primary purpose of this course is to help you understand how organizations can use innovation and change to survive, and even thrive, in a changing world. You will learn the different types of innovation as well as the key innovation strategies for effectively changing the organization.

Cancellations
Classes not meeting minimum enrollment may be cancelled. Participants will be notified prior to the start of class. In our efforts to provide classes and limit cancellations, participants may be notified as late as a day prior to the start of class. A full refund will be provided.
