Mastering the Change Curve

This course is to help individuals, teams, and organizations understand, accept and move through the experience of change. The pace of change is rapidly increasing. In the past, change occurred much like a series of stairs - you would reach a certain level and then have a chance to relax, re-group, and start again. Today, change looks more like a continuous upward curve, with very little time to rest in between. This course will help you to understand and master change in the broader context in which the change is occurring.

Cancellations
Classes not meeting minimum enrollment may be cancelled. Participants will be notified prior to the start of class. In our efforts to provide classes and limit cancellations, participants may be notified as late as a day prior to the start of class. A full refund will be provided.
