Education Summit: Building Broomfield’s Employer Talent Pipeline

Finding, developing, and retaining great employees continues to be one of the biggest challenges facing businesses today. The Broomfield Area Chamber’s Education Summit is designed to help employers better understand the local talent pipeline—and, more importantly, connect them with practical resources they can use to strengthen it.

This interactive morning will bring together employers, education partners, workforce experts, and community organizations for a focused conversation about what the workforce landscape looks like today and what businesses can do to prepare for the future.
 

Attendees will hear from local experts on current workforce trends, high-demand industries and skills, and the resources available to help businesses recruit, train, and develop talent. The Summit will also explore opportunities including internships, student engagement, apprenticeships, work-based learning, inclusive hiring, and workforce support programs.
 

The morning will include presentations, panel conversations, and hands-on Employer Action Labs, giving attendees the opportunity to choose the workforce topic most relevant to their organization and work directly with subject-matter experts.

Our goal is for every employer to leave with more than information. Attendees will begin developing a 90-Day Talent Pipeline Action Plan so they leave knowing who to contact, what resources are available, and what next step they can take within their own organization.
