Event at Turquoise Mesa Winery
Learn to sniff, swirl and taste wine like a pro! Wine Wisdom seminar will be taught by Certified Executive Sommelier Danica P. Smith, owner of The Wandering WineKnow. Participants will evaluate five wines by sight, smell, mouth feel and taste. Various cheeses will be paired with the wines. Learn to recognize characteristics in wine, understand wine terminology and learn the fundamentals of wine and food pairing.
