Free Boot Camp at Fitness Together
Join Fitness Together and Courage is Change for a free Boot Camp Thanksgiving morning. This will give everyone in the community an opportunity to get a great positive start to turkey day. Free coffee and muffins will be provided. This event is open to anyone that would like to join us
