"Gluten-Free Revisted and Simplified" Cooking Class
Learn ways to add more fiber and nutrition to your gluten-free products and expand your repertoire of menu offerings. Be prepared by stocking your pantry with a variety of basic "master flour blends" and learn how to utilize nut oils and nut flavors in your dishes.
Chef Deb will start with Coconut Banana Pancake Muffins, an Easy Pizza Dough and Flatbread for sandwiches. Then she will prepare Buckwheat Pasta with some unlikely vegetable stand-ins and finish with Chocolate and Pavlova with berries --finally a delicious dessert that everyone can eat!
