Broomfield Chamber wanted to send you the following message regarding the sign up "The Great American Picnic, Beer Garden":

Dear Volunteers,

We are excited to have you join us for the Great American Picnic Tomorrow! Here are some important details to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for everyone:

Arrival and Training:

• Please arrive promptly at 4:30 PM for your training session. It is crucial that everyone is familiar with their roles and responsibilities. We will go over how to take payments using our Square system and other tasks.

Door Duties:

• We will rotate the door duties to ensure smooth entry and exit for attendees and to monitor that alcohol does not enter or exit the beer garden. Additionally, provide assistance and information as needed.

Breaks:

• Please take your scheduled breaks to stay refreshed. If you need to step away at any other time, inform a staff member.

Fireworks:

• All volunteers are invited to watch the fireworks at 9:15 PM. This is a great time to relax and enjoy the event you helped make possible.

• We will NOT have volunteer t-shirts available this year. If you have a t-shirt from a previous event, feel free to wear it, or simply come in comfortable attire suitable for the heat.

The Broomfield Chamber is gearing up for the Great American Picnic Beer Garden and Firework Extravaganza, and we need your helping hands to make it a roaring success!

We invite you to volunteer with us on July 4^th, 2024 from 4:00 PM to 9:15 PM.

4:00-5:00- Training

Rotating Breaks will be assigned to enjoy the festivities outside the beer garden!

As a token of our gratitude for your invaluable assistance, each volunteer will receive 2 tickets to indulge in the delectable offerings at Bites and Brews on July 25th, 2024. It's our little way of saying thank you for your dedication and commitment.

After lending your support, stick around to soak in the vibrant atmosphere, connect with fellow chamber members and friends, and raise a toast with a refreshing beer!
