Join us as we celebrate the opening of new Broomfield Restaurant Roots.

About Roots:
Chef Madhoo Seth, aka Spice Girl, is the founder and owner of The Gourmet Kitchen (a 5-star rated catering company serving Denver Metro since 2002) and decided to open Roots Restaurant (rootscolorado.com, 720-279-0570) in July 2020. Roots offers International Fusion and rotating monthly cultural dinner menus, breakfast/lunch/brunch menus, and gf/vegan menus. Roots is open Wed/Thu 3-8 pm, Fri/Sat 3-9 pm, Sat/Sun 9 am - 3 pm. Roots has many outdoor and indoor spaces for your visit with safe social distancing in place. Choose from our main dining hall, bar, patio, gazebo or lawns.
