Mindfulness With Monarchs

Join us on a transformative one-hour journey with “Mindfulness with the Monarchs,” a unique program designed to nurture your inner self and cultivate mindfulness while in nature. This unique program will take place during Butterfly Pavilions “Monarch Magic” celebration where hundreds of monarchs will be released in Wings of the Tropics and join you on your mindfulness journey. Each session will guide you through intentional breathing exercises, meditative visualizations, and a profound connection with your physical being. More information: Bring your own mat and water bottle and plan to wear layers, as temperature may vary. Rainforest temperature varies between 65 and 85 degrees. This class is intended for adults, but children over 13 may attend with a parent. Pre-registration is required until further notice.
