Self-Defense, Simple but Effective techniques geared towards removing the control from the attacker and seizing it to defend against them. Whether you are looking to build confidence in defending your self, or gain in-depth understanding of combat techniques through body mechanics, or simply to learn something new- then come down to Panthers' Gate & 8 Hands Martial Arts on January 25th for our Self-Defense Workshop! The workshop will be taught and led by our head Sensei Kasemir, an Army Veteran and Martial Arts Instructor for over 20+ years. With a background in combat and Interdisciplinary Martial Arts, the focus is geared towards quick, instinctual, and leveraged movements. Classes are safe for everyone and are tailored, specializing in PTSD and fear management, as priority for positive development. As the founder of Panthers' Gate Metaphysics & Martial Arts, Sensei Kasemir dedicates time to supporting family and students, all while being a life coach for community members seeking guidance.
