Join the Broomfield Area Chamber and The Avenues Crofton Park, as we celebrate their Open House and Ribbon Cutting ceremony!

An Open House is being held on 10/20/26 to showcase the community refresh and invite residents, families and guests in to celebrate the new look. Refreshments will be included and community tours will be available upon request. Please park in the front parking lot in any open spots. There is also parking along the street across from the main apartment building.

About The Avenues Crofton Park:
The Avenues Crofton Park is a 55+ active adult senior living community in Broomfield, Colorado.
