Join us for a step-by-step process to design your personalized practice of care. Thoughtful questions plus concrete examples allow participants to leave empowered with practical skills to navigate both goals and obstacles.
How to Join: Register for the event in advance! You will then be given a Zoom link and passcode. Follow the link and enter the passcode at the time of the event to join. This works best from a desktop or laptop computer. You do NOT need a Zoom account to join. However, you may use your Zoom account if you have one or you can make one before the event at http://zoom.us.
