Startup Bootcamp for Idea-Architects
CIO and co-founder of custom software development firm Amadeus Consulting, John Basso, alongside Rob Carpenter, Co-founder and CEO of Appit Ventures and Larry Schwartz, small business lawyer, will host the "Startup Bootcamp for Idea-Architects" to provide insight into how to launch and sustain a successful MicroCorp. John will draw from his personal and professional experience to discuss what is possible for Idea-Architects, that is, innovative, flexible, and results-oriented individuals looking to transform their passions into tangible products and services.
John's talking points will include:
-
Define "passion" and reference examples from his youthful antics
- Offer stories of passion from successful Idea-Architects including Steve Jobs, Bill Gates, and local entrepreneurs
-
The entrepreneur's prism: creative problem-solving and innovative ideas telling stories of notable inventions
- Key messages from his recent book MicroCorps: Rise of the Idea Architects: A New Generations of Entrepreneurs: shedding light on paths to success, focusing on profit, not revenue, leveraging skills instead of processes, diseconomy of scale, and the process of "bursting"
