Startup Bootcamp for Idea-Architects

CIO and co-founder of custom software development firm Amadeus Consulting, John Basso, alongside Rob Carpenter, Co-founder and CEO of Appit Ventures and Larry Schwartz, small business lawyer, will host the "Startup Bootcamp for Idea-Architects" to provide insight into how to launch and sustain a successful MicroCorp. John will draw from his personal and professional experience to discuss what is possible for Idea-Architects, that is, innovative, flexible, and results-oriented individuals looking to transform their passions into tangible products and services.

  • Key messages from his recent book MicroCorps: Rise of the Idea Architects: A New Generations of Entrepreneurs: shedding light on paths to success, focusing on profit, not revenue, leveraging skills instead of processes, diseconomy of scale, and the process of "bursting"

Larry Schwartz will compliment and expand on John's advice by offering audiences steps to take to identify the best business structure, and Rob Carpenter will close the loop by helping Idea-Architects learn how to get in front of and secure funding from venture capitalists.
