Join the Broomfield Area Chamber and The Avenues Crofton Park, as we celebrate their Open House and Ribbon Cutting ceremony! ****Ribbon Will Be Cut at 11:30AM**** An Open House is being held on 10/20/26 to showcase the community refresh and invite residents, families and guests in to celebrate the new look. Refreshments will be included and community tours will be available upon request. Please park in the front parking lot in any open spots. There is also parking along the street across from the main apartment building. About The Avenues Crofton Park: The Avenues Crofton Park is a 55+ active adult senior living community in Broomfield, Colorado. The community is locally owned and operated?not part of a chain?and Len McBroom, Managing Partner of The McBroom Company, has been involved since the community first opened its doors in fall 2014. The Avenues offers 14 unique floor plans designed to accommodate residents? diverse needs and lifestyles. The intentionally sized community includes 70 apartments and 20 cottages, with on-site property managers and concierge services that connect residents with resources and programs both within the community and throughout Broomfield. Enhancements are underway, with construction expected to be completed by October.
