You will also learn tips and practice routines to enable you to speak 1:1, in groups and on stage. Learning how to tell your story with confidence and authenticity will enable you to connect with audiences of all types - employees, clients, donors and community members. *Lunch will be provided by Heidi's Brooklyn Deli - Broomfield* In this workshop, conducted by Eva Safar, we will discuss the key functions of managing people, how to develop them, how to motivate them, what can impact individual performance, how to lead them through change, and how to create a culture that brings out their very best.
