Availability and Commitment By submitting this form, you acknowledge that you are willing and able to commit approximately 2-3 hours per month to the committee, which includes attendance at monthly meetings and additional volunteer time for planning and event-related tasks. Please confirm your availability for committee participation: • I understand the time commitment and am available to participate in monthly committee meetings and event planning tasks. *
1. Approval of Materials and Services: I understand that all event-related materials, services, and contracts must be approved through the CEO and that the Event Manager must be informed of all decisions. I will not commit to any event-related services without proper approval. *
2. Donations and Sponsorship: I understand that all donations, sponsorships, Fundraising must approval through the CEO’s designated channels. I will ensure the Event Manager is aware of all donations and sponsorship agreements. *
3. Volunteer Hours and Privileges: I acknowledge that my time on the committee is considered volunteer hours and that as a committee member, I do not have the authority to approve comped tickets, event booths, or services for myself or others. *
4. Trade Members and Agreements: I understand that all trade members must have a written agreement with the Broomfield Area Chamber before providing any products or services for the event. If no agreement is in place, I acknowledge that the member will be charged the full amount for products or services rendered. *
5. Dues and Sponsorship Compliance: I understand that if I have unpaid dues or sponsorships 14 days before the event, my agreement will be negated and I will lose any associated benefits, including sponsorship privileges or event participation. *
