I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) based in Broomfield, Colorado, specializing in OCD and anxiety disorders for pre-teens, teens, and adults. I help people dealing with intrusive thoughts, compulsions, overthinking, panic, and constant worry learn how to step out of anxiety loops and feel more in control of their lives.

My work is grounded in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), the gold-standard treatment for OCD. I’m especially passionate about helping clients build tolerance for uncertainty and get unstuck from the patterns that keep them feeling stuck or overwhelmed.

My style is warm, collaborative, and down-to-earth.  You don’t have to have it all figured out before starting therapy. I offer in-person sessions in Broomfield as well as virtual therapy for clients across Colorado and Iowa.
