Cynthia Perez has over 20 years of experience working in media, most recently as Director of International Research at ESPN. Her professional experience includes overseeing global sales and marketing research. She is a motivated, detail-driven problem solver with a passion for data-mining and using research findings to drive business decision-making and revenue growth. She is well-versed in the consultative approach securing partnerships with clients on major research projects. During her tenure at ESPN, Cynthia received several awards for leadership innovation, achieving business-critical goals, and diversity and inclusion workplace solutions. Cynthia earned a MA in Organizational Leadership from the University of the Rockies. She has been teaching at FRCC since 2021. She and her husband Benjamin own an Aire Serv franchise in Frederick, CO providing HVAC services to residential and commercial customers. She is originally from New York and moved to the Front Range in 2018.
