Broomfield Days Trade Fair Event Guide- Details

Broomfield Days, the city's largest annual event, celebrates the spirit of our community. This is THE opportunity to showcase your business to over 30,000 attendees at the Broomfield Chamber Trade Fair, a key part of the Broomfield Days festivities.

For decades, this beloved September weekend brings Broomfield residents together for fun and community spirit. The day kicks off with a pancake breakfast and the Mayor's Cup 5K, followed by the grand parade on Midway Boulevard. Attendees can then explore 300+ vendor booths, food trucks, a car show, a clown contest, Dock Dogs, a duck race, inflatables, a petting zoo, and live performances on three stages.

The Basics

Where It's Happening: Midway Park, 1270 W Midway Blvd, Broomfield.
Map Update Alert! The City and County of Broomfield is tweaking the map for 2025. It will be available in Aug/Sep 2025. 
Keep in the Loop: The Broomfield Area Chamber will let you know if the map changes affect your spot.
Your Spot is Coming Soon: Booth numbers will be assigned 14 days before the event. You'll be within the color zone you picked. Register for the Broomfield Days Briefing to receive a map, your booth number, and an in-person Q&A with the CCOB Community Coordinator- Jenny Morgan. 
Friendly Neighborhoods: They'll try to keep similar businesses a little bit apart.

• Broomfield's Big Bash! Broomfield Days is the town's biggest get-together – a chance to celebrate community.
• Info Booth Only! This is for sharing information, not selling products or giving out food/drinks (even water).
• Prime Promo Time! This is THE spot to get your business noticed at Broomfield's largest event (over 30,000 people!).
• What to Expect: Pancake breakfast, Mayor's Cup run, parade, hundreds of vendor booths, food trucks, car show, clown contest, Dock Dogs, duck race, inflatables, petting zoo, and live music on three stages!

• Booth Confirmation Soon: You'll get an email with your booth assignment 14 days before the event or you can attend an in-person briefing, Register HERE!
• Other Vendors Welcome! The City and County of Broomfield starts taking reservations on Tuesday, April 1st, 2025, for food, activity, arts & crafts, non-profits, and resale vendors. Contact Matt Gulley at 303-460-6912.
• No Refunds, No Transfers: Rental fees are final.
• Member Must-Haves: You need to be a Chamber member in good standing when you book and during the event to get the member price. If not, there's an extra charge.
• No Sharing! One business per booth.
• Your Space: You get a 10' x 10' area. Bring your own tent, tables, chairs, and marketing stuff. Consider using a Chamber member for rentals! Limited rentals are available when you register.
• Electricity is not available. 
• No Generators Allowed.
