Cool as a Cucumber was started in January of 2023 by Christopher Rice. A service industry veteran who started his first company, Make it a Double, in 2022, saw a need for better options in the non-alcoholic world. Taking his experience running bar programs in San Francisco and Denver, he wanted to create mocktails that only used real ingredients and to have a depth of flavor that you can not generally find outside of cocktails.

Since opening up, Cool as a Cucumber has done all types of events around Colorado. We are in local farmer's markets around the Denver Metro. We have brought our mocktail program to weddings, corporate events, and even into bar programs around the Denver area.
