About Us

The School to Work Alliance Program is a collaborative partnership between Adams 12 Five Star Schools and the Colorado Division of Vocational Rehabilitation providing pre-employment services, job placement, and career exploration for youth with mild to moderate disabilities ages 15 to 24 in the Broomfield and Adams County areas.
